Custom NdFeB permanent magnets · Belgium

A qualified second source for custom NdFeB magnets.

EMTXI supplies custom finished sintered neodymium (NdFeB) magnets — arc segments, blocks, rings and matched sets — to European manufacturers of servo, torque, direct-drive, frameless and axial-flux motors. We take one drawing, benchmark it across several qualified production routes, and return a documented offer: feasibility, sample and production price, MOQ, lead time, coating and magnetisation options, and the quality and traceability paperwork that goes with it.

How it works

01

One drawing.

You send one existing or upcoming magnet part number — drawing or specification. NDA first if you prefer.

02

Three routes.

We benchmark the same requirement with several suitable manufacturers across more than one country of origin.

03

One offer, measured.

We return feasibility, prices, MOQ, lead time and options. Samples are measured independently before you see them.

04

Qualification, then supply.

You test. If it passes, we manage the qualified route and the recurring supply.

How we qualify a second source

Inside the part

A small part. A precise specification.

Geometry, magnetisation and operating conditions belong in the same conversation. Explore the details that turn a magnet drawing into a requirement you can qualify.

Finished dimensions · Datums · ClearancesScroll to explore · Drag to rotate

The fit is part of the specification.

A magnet’s drawing defines the interfaces your rotor depends on. Specify the finished geometry and critical tolerances together with coating thickness, edge condition and inspection datums.

  • Finished dimensions and inspection datums
  • Critical tolerances and edge condition
  • Coating allowance and assembly clearance

Illustrative geometry. Not a product specification or a field simulation.

Technical reading

A benchmark you can use

More than a price. A basis for your decision.

Compare the same magnet requirement across suitable production routes. See the technical differences, sample costs and supply terms together, so you can decide what is worth qualifying.

Benchmark one part

Your drawing stays confidential. NDA first if you prefer. We do not need to know who supplies you today.

Agency or supply: how we work commercially

What we return

  • Technical feasibility per route
  • Sample / prototype price and lead time
  • Production price and lead time
  • Minimum order quantity
  • Material grade options, including reduced heavy-rare-earth grades
  • Coating options (NiCuNi, epoxy, Zn, passivation)
  • Magnetisation options and fixtures
  • Independent magnetic and dimensional measurement report
  • Quality, traceability and material documentation
  • Export-licence handling where the grade requires it

Prototype and qualification work is quoted separately and paid up front.

The better the specification, the better the benchmark. Ideally we receive:

We do not need to know who supplies you today.

  • Drawing or technical specification
  • Material grade, or required magnetic properties at operating temperature
  • Dimensions and tolerances
  • Coating
  • Magnetisation direction
  • Maximum operating temperature
  • Prototype quantity and expected annual volume
  • Delivery country
  • Target price, and — if you can share it — your current landed-price range

Where this fits

Motor manufacturers.

Servo, torque, direct-drive, frameless, BLDC, PMSM and axial-flux motors, where the magnet is specified and purchased by the motor maker.

Robotics and automation.

Actuators and drives where the motor is built in-house and magnet geometry, grade and consistency decide performance.

Mobility, energy and industry.

E-mobility, pumps, compressors, wind, elevators and other high-performance electromechanical systems.

One part number is enough to start.

We benchmark it, measure it, and come back with numbers. If it does not make sense, we say so.
